Customer satisfaction is our goal. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Fabric returns can be accepted if it has not been washed, sewn or cut. Books and patterns cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance fees. We do not ship internationally at this time (we are working on adding this option).
Shipping within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii is calculated based on the total number of items ordered. Orders over $100 ship free. Shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Refugio, Texas. The shipping cost will appear at the time of checkout and we will do our best to ship it at the lowest possible price.
Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-48 business hours.
Local pickup option - we do offer a local pickup option at checkout. If pickup is preferred, once the order is placed, email or call us to arrange a time.
Fabric Moose will not sell or give away customer email addresses or information. Email addresses will be used for order communications and occasional emails containing information for classes, sales, and exciting events.
By-the-yard fabric will be sold in quarter-yard increments. Every effort will be made to send the order in one continuous piece; customer will be notified if this is not possible.
